Gesher Human Services issues South Oakland County Office Space RFP to house Michigan Works!

Gesher Human Services has extended its Request for Proposals seeking qualified landlords and developers to provide professional office space for Michigan Works! – South Oakland. The organization is seeking 9,000–13,000 square feet in Southfield, Oak Park, or Huntington Woods, with preference given to locations east of Telegraph Road. The anticipated occupancy date is October 2026.

Interested parties are invited to submit proposals by August 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Complete proposal specifications and submission requirements are available in the attached RFP.
