ARTIST STATEMENT

My name is Sharon Glazer, and I am an artist. I make art using paint, embroidery, pencil, marker, ceramic, photography, and also sculpture. My favorite material is acrylic paint for my paintings of nature and history, and I like to use embroidery for my weavings. I have been making art most of my life and have recently begun exhibiting it throughout Michigan. I also write plays, poetry, and short fiction, and I make music with a music group.
